Case Details
In this case the client attended at his girlfriend’s residence. He knew she was home and knocked on the door. She did not answer. He suspected that she was cheating on him. As a result, he busted the door down and gained entry to the residence. His suspicions were in fact correct. He left the scene and was later charged with forcible entry.
