Case Details
A happy day can sometimes turn bad very quickly. For this client, she had just finished celebrating her graduation to become a young professional. She had a job lined up and life was good.
Driving home from the party, she made a wrong turn and found herself on a dark street. She then drove off the road into the ditch.
When police arrived they charged her with impaired driving.
Throughout the case the Prosecution in Pembroke took a very strict approach to the case and refused to give this young woman a break.
Mr. Anber fought the case fearlessly and, on the trial date, accepting that there was a problem with the evidence, the Crown agreed to withdraw the charge.
