Have you ever heard of a doggy photo lineup? David Anber had not. But then again, have you ever heard of a constitional challenge to a doggy photo lineup on the basis of breaches of the accused’s Charter rights? When David Anber heard of this investigation he sought to apply the criminal law principles to a bad photo lineup. In the end the prosection withdrew the charges in the face of a strong defence.
