About Dana Nachshon

Dana has been a law clerk at David Anber’s Law Office since 2017. She assists with projects large and small and is primarily responsible for managing disclosure within the firm.

Born and raised in Israel, Dana is an Israeli Lawyer that has recently immigrated to Canada. Although Dana is not qualified as a lawyer in Canada her professional experience is a valuable tool to the team.

Dana achieved her Law degree from Bar-Ilan University in 2012. During her studies she wrote her dissertation on “Constitutional Law and Defendants’ Rights” under the supervision of a former Supreme Court Judge, for which she achieved a perfect grade; She also took part in the University’s “Criminal Defence Program” and thus gained practical experience volunteering for a Public Defence Lawyer throughout the academic year. After graduating, she articled for the Department of Justice at the Police Internal Investigations Department, where she appeared in courts, wrote bills of indictment and took part in some of the department’s most high- profile cases. After qualifying as a Lawyer in 2014, Dana worked at Irit Bauomhorn’s Law firm (Israel) where she was involved in all the firm’s cases including a Supreme Court appeal for one of the biggest fraud cases in Israel’s history.
